We’re sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your order! We want to make the return process as smooth as possible for you.
Return Policy
We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. All approved returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
All returns must be approved prior to shipment. Follow these 3 simple steps to return your product:
Step 1: Contact Us
To request a return please contact us at support@sarahandoliver.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code.
Sarah & Oliver does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once your return has arrived in our warehouse you can get a refund of the payment within 14 working days.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of placing it. If the order has already been shipped cancellation is not permitted. Customers must wait for delivery and follow the return procedure.
Damaged or incorrect order received?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@sarahandoliver.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Sarah & Oliver will provide a complimentary replacement in cases of:
• Defective products
• Damaged items upon arrival
• Incorrect items received
