Average Delivery Times
At Sarah & Oliver New York, we aim to offer the best value by shipping our products directly from the supplier. Items offered in presale are shipped once stock is received. For current presale orders, dispatch is expected in the first week of March. Estimated delivery timeframe is 12–15 days from dispatch.
Delays
Although 97% of orders are delivered within the stated delivery time, delays may occur in some cases due to our current clearance sale. Our team is working around the clock to carefully pack and ship every order as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping
We cover the shipping costs and deliver every order to your home FREE of charge—no minimum order value required.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible as the order is immediately sent to our warehouse and processed. A 30-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the product, within which you can return your order.

Track Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking details once your items have been shipped. You can also track your order via the Track & Trace page on our website. Please note that tracking information will appear in the first week of March after ordering.
